A single gasoline station on the E70 route in Croatia, photographed in August 2001. The parts of the E70 that go through former Yugoslavia formed part of the so-called Brotherhood and Unity Highwa until 1991.
Eight pieces of fruit from eight different countries are portrayed in black and white photographs along with their negative images. The book is an allusion on Jonathan Monk’s play on Ed Ruscha’s 1972 Colored People.
