Zavod P.A.R.A.S.I.T.E. napoveduje mednarodno promocijo mladih domačih umetnikov na pomembnih mednarodnih sejmih v New Yorku, Berlinu in Dunaju.
Sejem VIENNAFAIR The New Contemporary http://www.viennafair.at/, ki bo potekal med 20. septembrom in 23. septembrom 2012 na Dunaju, je prenovljena edicija mednarodnega sejma, ki si je zastavil nove visoke in drzne cilje. Sejem ohranja fokus na umetniški produkciji vzhodne in centralne Evrope, hkati pa širi zanimanje na teritorije Ruske federacije, Kavkaz in Turčijo. Na letošnjo edicijo sejma so sodelovanje ze potrdile tudi stevilne večje galerije iz Berlina, Antwerpna in Bruslja. Galerija P74 bo na sejmu predstavila med drugim dela Balinta Szombathyja in predvsem dela ustvarjalcev mlajše generacije Polonce Lovšin in (aktualnega nagrajenca Nagrade skupine OHO) Tomaža Furlana.

-5 Minutes – 4th Short Video Biennial,
P74 Center and Gallery, Ljubljana
In just eight years the international Short Video Biennial -5 Minutes in Ljubljana has become an important testing ground for local and international artists. For this fourth edition, German art historian and curator Silke Opitz has proposed the theme “Into the Real World” along with the parallel solo exhibition of Finnish-born artist Pilvi Takala.
Performance has been a very important element in contemporary art started by the older, established generation, including many artists from former Yugoslavia. Their performances and the accompanying (documentational) videos and films have become important chapters in recent art history.
